The Playshop allowed me to have fun and enjoy myself, while putting on no false airs. Maggie was very energetic, creative and innovative, introducing fun new ways for a woman to relax her mind. The environment was especially intriguing as all who attended were asked to take part in activities as they wished. I definitely broke through a personal barrier through such forms of expression. By the end of the day my confidence was soaring. Even the youngest of women would benefit from, and enjoy this type of workshop.”

Maggie put me at ease right away. She helped me isolate muscles that I never knew I had so I had more control over my movements. The part I liked best was her helping me get in touch with moving from the inside. It was easy, pleasurable and after awhile felt like a spiritual experience. One session released both the mental and physical blocks I had about movement.” |
